Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath, whih is the source of our prana or vital life force.
In this class our teacher will guide you into several styles of meditaion such as Samatha Pavana, Mindfulness meditation and Singing bowls meditation to introduce you to meditative experience as well as pranayama such as Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Surya Bhedan.
